SizeMe is a size-recommendation app for stores on the OpoShop platform, published by Found. This policy explains what data SizeMe collects, how it’s used, and how it’s protected. SizeMe is designed to be data-minimal by default.

The short version: SizeMe does not store your shoppers’ measurements, and does not collect shopper names, emails, or any personal identity. Size recommendations are recorded de-identified, purely for your dashboard analytics.

1. Data we collect

From the merchant (via OpoShop OAuth): when you install SizeMe, OpoShop grants us a store-scoped access token and your store’s identifier and subdomain. We use these only to read your product catalog (to map a recommended size to the correct product variant) and to display your store name in the widget. We request the least privilege we need — read access to products and your store profile.

Your configuration: the size charts, fit models, quiz questions, and widget/branding settings you create. This is your merchant data, scoped to your store.

From shoppers using the quiz: a shopper’s answers (height/weight, measurements, usual size, fit preference) are sent to our server only to compute a size recommendation. We do not persist those answers. What we keep is de-identified: the recommended size, a confidence score, which signal drove it, the product it was for (your product id, not the shopper), and whether the shopper accepted it — plus a coarse day for time-series. No shopper name, email, IP-based identity, or raw measurement is stored.

2. How we use data

We do not sell data, and we do not use shopper data for advertising or profiling.

3. Payment & card data

SizeMe never touches payment or card data. It does not process, store, or transmit any payment information. All checkout and payment happens within OpoShop.

4. Storage & retention

Configuration and de-identified analytics are stored in SizeMe’s own database, scoped per store, on managed infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas). Your store’s access token is stored to make API calls on your behalf and is removed/deactivated when you uninstall. De-identified analytics may be retained to keep your historical dashboard intact; you may request deletion at any time.

5. Product analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the app is used (e.g. a merchant saved a size chart, a quiz was completed). These events are tagged to your store by its OpoShop identifier and never include shopper personal data or raw measurements.

6. Sub-processors

7. Your rights & uninstalling

Uninstalling SizeMe from your OpoShop admin deactivates our access to your store. To request export or deletion of your store’s configuration or analytics, contact us and we’ll action it promptly.
