Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SizeMe (“the app”), a size-recommendation app for stores on the OpoShop platform, published by Found (“we”, “us”). By installing or using SizeMe, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SizeMe lets merchants configure size charts and a “Find my size” quiz on their storefront. It recommends a size to shoppers and can auto-select the matching product variant. Recommendations are advisory — they are informed guidance based on your configured charts and shopper input, not a guarantee of fit.
2. Eligibility & accounts
SizeMe is installed and authenticated exclusively through OpoShop. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the size charts and fit models you configure, and for maintaining your OpoShop account.
3. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the app to violate any law or any OpoShop platform policy.
- Don’t attempt to access another store’s data, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Don’t present SizeMe’s recommendations as a certified or guaranteed fit.
4. Recommendations & returns
SizeMe aims to reduce wrong-size returns, but sizing depends on your charts, garment accuracy, and shopper-supplied information. We do not warrant that any recommendation is correct for a given shopper, and any returns-avoided figures in the dashboard are estimates based on transparent, industry-standard assumptions — not a promise of results.
5. Data
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we store no shopper measurements and no shopper personal identity.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep SizeMe available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. Autonomous release notes are published in the app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of SizeMe. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using SizeMe at any time by uninstalling it from your OpoShop admin. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms.
